Continental US Shipping
For residential delivery your address must be within generally served areas. Once local delivery is scheduled with you, a truck will deliver to your address.
For remote or inaccessible locations, free shipping ends at the freight dock and arrangements will need to be made to have your shipment delivered the remaining distance to you, or you can pick it up at the freight dock if you have a vehicle capable of carrying the load.
Canada Shipping

International Shipping
International shipping (anywhere that is not the United States or Canada) is handled on an order-specific basis. International shipping to a location outside of the United States or Canada is not included in our free shipping or shipping-included promotions. We’ve shipped TruckBoss Decks all over the world and partner with freight brokers. We can also work with your international shipping broker. Please contact us for more information.

Exceptions may apply for location challenges, extra handling or local fees. We will provide you with a quotation for any additional charges and get your approval before finalizing the order.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure the availability of appropriate equipment to safely receive the delivery. Additional charges may apply for specialized equipment or services.
Delivery Time
Typically, we are very fast with shipping orders out. However, please note that delivery times may vary depending on the material availability, current shop workload, and shipping destination, among other things. We will provide you with an estimated delivery timeframe specific to your order.
