Return Policy
How do I make a parts return?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, or you ordered the wrong part, we will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on parts in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect pictures may be necessary to complete your request. Contact us for a prepaid shipping label(s) that we will provide.
For orders delivered within the continental US where reason for return is not a result of an error by TruckBoss USA, the cost of the initial shipping charge and a return fee will be deducted from your refund. Non used, unopened parts that are returned have a 25% restocking fee. Parts that have been used and are no longer in new condition are not returnable.
Freight, international & non-continental US returns are accepted, however coordination of return shipping is the responsibility of the client. In the event an error is made by TruckBoss USA, a return shipping label will be provided.
**Complete decks are not returnable**
What are my shipping fees?

Deposits on decks
Deposits on decks and deck bundles are fully refundable within 30 days of payment if deck has not shipped. Deposits for snow checks after 30 days are not refundable.
