No Plywood
All wear surfaces are made with ExtremEtch-anodized aluminum. This hard-wearing no-maintenance finish is standard, making our decks far more resilient to the elements than plywood or marine-board surfaced decks.
Sealed Under-Deck Storage

No Aluminum Welding
Aluminum welds weaken base metal strength by up to 40% creating start points for metal fatigue and cracking.
We replaced welding with purpose-built aluminum extrusions to retain high metal strength throughout every component and connection. This gives our decks more strength than any other system on the market. It’s why your TruckBoss Deck will likely outlive your truck.
Aluminum Extrusion Construction
Our biggest secret? The patented capture channels located throughout our decks allow you to mount and move accessories without ever having to drill a hole in the deck. Your deck’s structural integrity is never compromised.
Simply insert a carriage bolt into the capture channel and attach whatever you need. Reconfigure the deck for different seasons, unlimited tie-down points, winch loading, FlexxLoader compatibility, a wide range of lighting options and compatibility with a long list of third-party accessories. You have complete flexibility to meet your changing needs.
No Weather Damage
We make the only truck deck with expandable sides that telescope into the surface of the deck, providing a clean, flat surface when the sides are in or out.
All other decks allow the expandable sides to sit on top of the deck surface when the sides are closed, making use difficult.
No Bad Fits
All major components are manufactured and built in the USA. We could lower costs manufacturing offshore, but we will not compromise on quality.
